This Family Photography Friday we are throwing back to 2015 Holiday Family sessions with the Peake Family. Oh how I love this family! I cannot wait to see them again this year.
Christine and Billy decided to have their wedding reception at the Citrus Club in Orlando, Florida. They traveled all the way from San Diego to exchange vows with family and friends. We had the opportunity of working with them through a referral from our intern, Patricia.
The wedding was held at the All Souls Catholic Church in Sanford, Florida. Complete with Christmas trees as the backdrop for this gorgeous love affair. After leaving Sanford we traveled to Lake Eola to take some night photos with sparklers. This was probably the most fun I have ever had with a wedding party. Trying to get everyone on the same page so that we could get these awesome shots was so intense.
They danced the night away after slicing into their awesome cake with a sword! WHAT?! It was such an honor to work with these two love birds. We wish them a lifetime of happiness!
I wanted to take a moment and say Happy FIRST Anniversary to Centia and Joseph who we had the honor of photographing last year at the Palmetto Club in Daytona Beach, Florida! We wish you many more to come!
On your wedding day you are supposed to look your best, better than you ever have before. Choosing the right dress and accessories, as well as the wedding party’s, can help accentuate your look. A extremely dreamy gown or Bond-like suit will make you look fabulous as you exchange your vows.
This Bride chose a gown that was form fitting. Small train with simple veil. She added to her ensemble a pair of silver Michael Kors pumps, and made sure her outfit was complete with her “Something Blue” garter.
Her bridesmaids all wore different colored gowns with a lace overlay that complimented them all wonderfully.
Whatever you decide for your attire, make sure it is what you want, what you feel beautiful or handsome in and that you can ROCK for the rest of the day!
Miosotis and Jesus lost their photographer days before their wedding day. We had the opportunity to step in for them and make sure their memories were captured. They were married at the family church in Kissimmee, FL and we traveled to Cypress Grove Estate House to take some portraits.
Absolutely gorgeous Paris Themed Event! They were engaged in Paris and what a wonderful way to incorporate that into their Special Day.
Recently I was a secondary photographer at a wedding and was taken back by some of the unique ensemble options the groom had chose. HIS SOCKS! I know I know, its been done before but this is the first time THIS (look down) has happened. He boogied the night away shoe-less!
I mean who hasn’t dressed their wardrobe something unique to themselves, especially on one of the biggest days of their lives. I’ve seen the socks, Star Wars cuff links, super hero undershirts, etc.
In what way will your man be decked out for your Special Day?
The DIY Bride is making a strong appearance during wedding planning. Finding different ways to cut back on finances or utilize their craftiness is a huge plus. I was recently a second photographer at this gorgeous DIY wedding in Melbourne, Florida. They made their own food, created their own cake and even designed and made their own bouquets. They turned out absolutely amazing and if I might add photographed extremely well.
